L\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia clim\u00e0tica, social i econ\u00f2mica porta als cellers, igual que a moltes empreses, a replantejar-se l\u2019impacte de la seva activitat. Si b\u00e9 les transformacions necess\u00e0ries per afrontar aquests reptes poden semblar allunyades de la realitat de les petites empreses i poden implicar grans inversions i recursos, l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia obliga a avan\u00e7ar cap a alternatives socialment i ambientalment m\u00e9s responsables i a la necessitat de con\u00e8ixer eines i estrat\u00e8gies que contribueixin a refor\u00e7ar i fer m\u00e9s viables i resilients empreses petites com els cellers del Pirineu.<\/p>\n<p>Han participat a la convocat\u00f2ria experts en diferents \u00e0mbits per abordar la dimensi\u00f3 social (Clara Griera, en\u00f2loga de la Cooperativa l\u2019Olivera); la dimensi\u00f3 ambiental (Carles M. Gasol cofundador i director de desenvolupament de negoci d\u2019In\u00e8dit, i Jordi Oliveres, cofundador de Piro-negawatt Pirineus i investigador del SUMMLab de la UPC), i la dimensi\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica i empresarial (Josep M. Canyelles, soci consultor de Vector 5 i coordinador de Respon.cat).<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, Josep Sucarrats, director de la revista Arrels, ha ofert la pon\u00e8ncia introduct\u00f2ria de la jornada: \u201cConnexi\u00f3 entre productor i consumidor\u00a0 en un model agroalimentari resilient\u201d. I David Barriche, en\u00f2leg responsable del celler Purgatori, ha estat l\u2019encarregat de presentar la nova refer\u00e8ncia del celler Fam\u00edlia Torres, el\u00a0Pirene 2019.
