L\u2019objectiu del pla \u00e9s posar a l\u2019abast de les empreses agroaliment\u00e0ries del Pirineu la metodologia i els recursos que la Fundaci\u00f3 Alicia aplica en el desenvolupament de nous productes vinculats a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acompanyament pot consistir tant en la creaci\u00f3 de nous productes com en la millora de processos de producci\u00f3. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 hi participen 6 empreses, la majoria de les quals volen treure noves refer\u00e8ncies al mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Les empreses participants s\u00f3n del Pallars Juss\u00e0 (Casa Masover, \u00c9s Pallar\u00e8s i La Fornera), del Pallars Sobir\u00e0 (Tros de Sort), de l\u2019Alt Urgell (Mas d\u2019Eroles) i de la Cerdanya (Lactis l\u2019Esquella). Totes elles han iniciat aquesta setmana passada el treball amb les t\u00e8cniques de Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia\u00a0 (tecn\u00f2legs dels aliments, cuiners, nutricionistes, etc.) i el proc\u00e9s s\u2019allargar\u00e0 fins a finals de maig.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta proposta sorgeix l\u2019any 2018 en el marc de la cooperaci\u00f3 que la Fundaci\u00f3 Alicia i el programa\u00a0<em>Al teu gust<\/em>\u00a0desenvolupen des de fa anys al Pallars Juss\u00e0. Durant les edicions anteriors s\u2019han acompanyat un total de 13 empreses.<\/p>\n<p>A banda d\u2019aquests assessoraments, des del programa\u00a0<em>Al teu gust, aliments del Pallars<\/em>, s\u2019ofereixen accions de formaci\u00f3 i millora de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals no nom\u00e9s a les empreses del Pallars sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a comarques ve\u00efnes. S\u2019han treballat especialment els acompanyaments i accions formatives per al sector vitivin\u00edcola, ole\u00edcola i de la restauraci\u00f3, a banda d\u2019accions transversals que poden ser d\u2019inter\u00e8s per a petits productors en general.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta l\u00ednia de suport \u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s en el treball de posar en valor el Pallars com a territori clau en la gastronomia de muntanya.
